Yes. We commonly coordinate with your civil contractor for false ceiling framework, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins. Our site team integrates into your construction schedule. We can also take over the entire interior scope end-to-end if preferred.
All modular components are manufactured in our factory using CNC machines with 0.1mm accuracy — every unit is identical. On-site, our QC team inspects each unit against a 300+ point checklist. We share weekly quality reports and invite your team for random audits.
Typically: 10% on order, 30% on design approval, 30% on material arrival at site, 20% on installation completion, 10% on handover. We're flexible — terms are negotiated based on project size and partnership model. Retention clauses can be included.
Yes. Standard 10-year warranty on all modular components, directly to the end buyer. Warranty cards are issued in the buyer's name. This reduces your post-sale liability and improves buyer satisfaction. AMC options also available.
